Pierre Bunyan Tree Service is a locally owned and operated Winnipeg business. Established in 2021, owner Pierre Duguay is a life-long tree devotee and has a deep love for the outdoors after spending his youth working at a commercial logging camp. Pierre’s previous career maintaining aircraft and their engines ensure Pierre Bunyan’s work is meticulous and reliable.
Pierre is a graduate of the Unviersity of Manitoba's Agriculture Arboriculture Course.
He is obsessive about maintaining his machinery in tip top shape, which speaks to his dedication to detail and safety. Seriously, don’t get him talking about his saws unless you have time on your hands. The Pierre Bunyan team can often be found working in many of Winnipeg’s old neighbourhoods, such as Charleswood, Tuxedo, River Heights, Fort Garry, St. Vital, St. Boniface, East Kildonan, St. James, Wolseley and Point Douglas. But Pierre Bunyan has no preference – he’ll work on any tree in any neighbourhood. He is a lumberjack* after all.
